Job Description:
Due to the awkward size of the Statue (measuring over 2.3 metres tall) the Owl was packed on site into a wooden heat treated crate at the foundry in Oswestry. In order to utilise the most cost effective mode of transport throughout the journey the Owl was packed lying down. The crate was then packed into a groupage container and shipped to Houston Port, cleared through customs and delivered through to door.
