Global Freight Services Ltd in Telford has helped local domestic boiler manufacturer Mistral Boilers Ltd to ship their first export container.
Mistral Boilers has over 40 years experience in the manufacture of oil fired boilers and has today evolved as a UK market leader in the production and development of high efficiency domestic oil fired heating solutions.
The initial enquiry came from a firm in Christchurch, New Zealand, who were interested in purchasing the full range to sell in their showroom, to supply full heating systems via their own engineers and to sell the product throughout New Zealand to other qualified engineers.
Global Freight worked with them to cost the inital transportation and insurance to Lyttelton Port as requested by the buyer and discussed packing materials and documentation to ensure they were complying with New Zealands regulations. In turn Mistral Boilers succesffully won the order for a full 20ft container load.
When manufacture was completed the container was ordered to arrive at site for loading. Container was shipped to Lyttelton Port and arrived safely for onward delivery to destination.
